Departure
1. You will depart in the morning from Las Vegas, heading toward Boulder City.
Stop
2. Stop at Hoover Dam Lodge and board your specially permitted vehicle with access to the Colorado River below the dam.
Explore
3. Driver down to the water's edge and board your raft for an amazing float at the base of the Hoover Dam.
Guide's Narration
4. Enjoy the scenery and wildlife, and experience a rare view of the Hoover Dam from below, as you listen to the guide's narration.
Return
5. After the raft float, drive back up to Hoover Dam Lodge and board your National Park Express vehicle for your return to Las Vegas.

Exclusions:
The price of your tour ticket does not include a gratuity for your driver/guide. It is customary to provide them with a gratuity of approximately 10-20%.
Prebook Information:
- Hoover Dam security protocols mandates that whether passing or visiting, no carry-ons the size of a small backpack or larger are permitted. Please leave any luggage at your place of stay.
- Comfortable weather appropriate clothing recommended
- Sun protection during warm months recommended
- Since the time of the tour could be delayed due to weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour.

Luggage Prohibited:
Please be aware that no luggage is allowed, due to Bureau of Reclamation restrictions. Smaller personal bags or backpacks are allowed with you on the bus, but suitcases or larger luggage are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
This tour is non-refundable.
Important Details:
- Please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time, as the tour cannot wait for late guests
- Find your specific pickup location the day prior to be sure you know where to meet
- Be sure to check weather in the destinations to make sure you have appropriate clothing
- Wear comfortable walking shoes
- Consider bringing a hat and sunscreen
- Feel free to bring snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic) to enjoy during your tour
- Please be aware that drop-off locations at the end of the tour are limited to Excalibur, Bally’s, and Treasure Island.
- During the tour, tour operator reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments at the guests’ best interests in unexpected situations that affect the regular operation of the tour. In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control.
- Please keep personal belongings on you at all times. NPE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour.
- NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather Disclaimer: Our tours will operate year-round, throughout seasonal weather. If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit us from entering an area of the tour, we will do our best to provide the best route and/or alternate locations and timing to be able to continue to provide the best tour possible. If it is not possible to provide a planned inclusion of the tour with an admission cost, a partial refund will be offered to the guests, minus a processing fee. If the tour still takes place with a portion of the planned itinerary, guests will not receive a refund, other than from excluded admissions.
